Laiah graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Virginia Commonwealth University in December 2023
with her B.A. in Theatre!
She played the challenging role of HAKAN in her university's production of Let the Right One In this past fall.
Since then she's been auditioning...and auditioning... and emailing... and emailing; going after her dreams of sustaining herself through acting!

Born in Florida and raised in a military family, I have a strong love for travel and adventure! I thrive in challenging environments. My passion for performing has been in me since I could speak and my determination is unmatched. Having a poetry background, I have a deep appreciation for classical theatre.
Apart from theatre, I'm also a multi-published and award winning poet. In my free time, I enjoy running, yoga, being Black, and learning new skills!
My family is my lifeline, my mom and grandma are my best friends and I love what I do more than words can express.
